Description


The pharmacy manager is responsible for managing all pharmacy operations, and successfully maintaining a professional, respectful and well-connected working relationship with the pharmacy staff.



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Demonstrate outstanding sales ability and leadership capabilities
  • Recruit, train, evaluate and motivate pharmacy staff
  • Ensure efficient pharmacy operations
  • Be able to communicate and provide professional advice to patients on prescriptions and products
  • Ensure that the store’s financial growth is accurately managed and maintained
  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate policy changes and new procedures
  • Ensure all Eastside Pharmacy employees are working at industry standard and company policy
  • Perform and complete employee performance assessments
  • Help employees implement new operating procedures and develop their skills
  • Provide new hires with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully grow
  • Manage payroll schedules, requirements and changes in accordance to employee hours
  • Demonstrate responsibility and management for strict health and safety standards


Qualifications


  • Must have Pharmacist License (Canadian Licensure)
  • Compounding experience
  • Pharmacy management experience (2+ years)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience managing and motivating staff
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about health and wellness
